QuickSet Application for Dell 5888

Hi!

Where I can download Quickset application for Dell Inspiron 15-5888 model?

It is absent in section "Drivers and Downloads" on Dell support site.

System: win10 x64.

SERVEROV,

There are no Quickset drivers needed or available  for Windows 10.

Hello, JESSE L!

Thank you for your answer.

Is it possible to change keyboard backlight timeout without Quickset application?

For example, there are Quickset settings for keyboard backlight control:

I don't see Dell Quickset listed for that model however there is "Dell Power Manager Lite":

This sounds like its just a renamed Dell Quickset.

Hello, JESSE L!

Thank you for your recommendations.

But unfortunately, none of them does not works:

- There is no Dell Quickset utility for Inspiron 5888

- Dell Control Point is not compatible with Inspiron 5888 Model

- Dell Command|Configure utility partially works but has no settings to control the keyboard backlight timeout

- Settings in Dell Feature Enhancement Pack (DFEP 2.2, 2.2.1) are inactive by default (please see screenshot below):

I think DFEP utility also incompatible with inspiron 5888.

Maybe any another solutions?

Thank you.

Dell Power Manager Lite is a useful application, but it has no keyboard backlight settings.
