QuickSet disables Internet Explorer on location profile change

When QuickSet applies a new location profile (usually when I start my computer, but also if I dock or undock) it disables my internet connection in IE only (FireFox still works, as do other applicationss that use internet connections).  To fix it I have to go to the internet options dialog in IE, click Connections, then LAN Settings.  Here I simply have to click Ok (without changing anything in the dialog), then Ok again in the main dialog, and my connection is back.  It's really annoying.

I have a D830 running Windows 7 64-bit.
