Hi Amrr,

It seems that the ‘Dell Quickset’ driver is not installed on the computer. You can install it from the link http://dell.to/O4tysq

  • Click on ‘Download File’
  • Check on the radio box ‘Single-file download’
  • Click on ‘Continue’
  • Choose the location as desktop,
  • Click on ‘Save’, save the file on the desktop
  • Double click on the file; choose ‘Continue’
  • Click 'OK' on ‘Select the folder’ where you want to unzip the files (make a note of the folder location)
  • Click ‘Yes’
  • Click ‘Ok’, follow the on screen instructions and install the file
  • Restart the computer

In case you do not get prompts on the screen for instructions, then

  • Browse to the folder where the files were unzipped and locate the setup file
  • Double click on the file; follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation

Please reply if you have any questions.

Hi Amit_k_m,

Thank you for the response. The audio drivers needs to be installed for the Preset Audio Mode Launch Button to work. I would suggest you to uninstall Quickset from Control Panel.

Click Start -> Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> look for 'Dell Quickset’ -> Click Uninstall/Change to uninstall the program.

Now download and install the audio drivers from the following link http://dell.to/10VIlbJ . Once the audio drivers are installed, re-install Dell Quickset from the link provided in my previous post.

Hope this helps.
