Recovering the "Recovery Partition - Factory Reset"
Appearently, a friend of mine formatted his Inspiron 14 (n4110), and deleted its recovery partition.
Now he <ADMIN NOTE: Substitute character removed as per TOU> up everything, and after problems involving driver and BSoD, and asked me if i can help (i've always used dell plataforms).
IS THERE A WAY TO RECOVER THE RECOVERY PARTITION ?

No, there is not - if your friend doesn't have a set of recovery media, he or she will need to contact Dell for that.
