Replacement Battery for Dell XPS 1640 Laptop???

Can anyone please tell me if I can still buy a replacement battery for my laptop?

Laptop: Dell XPS Studio 1640

Battery: X413C BATTERY, PRIMARY, 56WHR, 6C, LITHIUM, SAMSUNG POWER DIVISION

Service Tag: 502WB4J

I tried to use this site:

https://accessories.euro.dell.com but it appears to be off-line.

If the batteries are still available I would prefer the longer life 9 cell over the 6 cell.
