Restoring my Dell XPS 15 to factory settings.
I am trying to restore my laptop to factory settings however i when i restart and press f8 for the options i do not have the dell datasafe restore and emergency back up option. Any idea how i would be able to get it and if not how i would otherwise go about restoring my laptop.

You'll need the recovery media you hopefully prepared when you received the system - if you didn't make that, you'll need to contact Dell to obtain it.

Hi RMunro,
Either the recovery partition is deleted or Integration between Windows start up repair screen and Dell Factory image is corrupted that is the reason you are not able to use the PC restore option.
