SD Card Reader problem

Hi,

I have a Inspiron 7437 with a SD Card Reader Issue. It is not working any more. I replaced O.S with Win10 Home and can not make it work.

Everything in "Device Manager" is OK, 0 Alerts or missing drivers. I made a drivers update in DELL's web page too.

Any suggestions?
