SSD Problem on Dell 7559 - Page fault in nonpaged area

Hi, I'm a foreign user so sorry in advance if my english is not top class.

I've recently bought a Dell 7559 and my aim is to install Windows10 on a Samsung MZ-N5E250BW.

So I created a bootable usb (first attempt with Rufus, second attempt with the diskpart command from the Windows prompt), I dismounted the HDD and inserted the SSD in the m2 spot.

I switched from the UEFI bios mode to the Legacy one, these are my bios settings:

Boot List Option                        [Legacy]
Secure Boot                              [Disabled]
Load Legacy Option Rom      [Enabled]

I plugged my usb and it seemed to works fine, the Win10 logo appeared a then blue window "Page fault in nonpaged area".

Both the ssd and the bootable usb work on another laptop.
An user from another forum said that he received a particular USB pen directly from Dell, but I don't like this solution, I cannot depend on an specific hardware to change my OS.

Do you have some advices ?

Thanks a lot.
Best regards.

I'm with this exactly same problem with the same notebook and OS. Have you found any fix yet?

Yes, found a day after my answer here.

Windows 10 + the bios on this notebook have a little problem.

You have to select UEFI way GPT+UEFI instead of CMS + EFI on Rufus when creating the usb drive.
