Hi ICYPHOENIX,
What is the exact system model? What is the current OS installed on the system?
It perhaps looks like the OS installed on the SSD. And the 1TB HDD shows fine. In Technical standards, 1 TB = 1024 GB. As per marketing standards, your 1TB HDD shows up fine.
To see the HDD capacity and info - go to disk management - http://bit.ly/1N1Y9WZ
Write me a private conversation with the service tag and your contact details(Name and Email) for case records.
Let us know if you have any other queries.

Nothing is wrong. The drive capacities are quoted in digital gigabytes (1 DG = 10^9 bytes). To WIndows, a GByte is 2^30 bytes. 1T * (1E9/2^30) = 930 binary gigs.
The 32 G drive is really a 29.8 G drive. It's not used for storage -- just for caching.
