STUCK IN BOOT SCREEN

hey i just bought dell inspiron n4110..

I5 2450, nvidia 6630..

it often stuck in boot screen, and when i press f2 / f12 it just getting worse..

many people said it about ram or harddisk

i don't know what, but 3 days before my laptop synchronise something then i just quit it..

so i just want to know if you can help me to solve my problem..

i'm from another country, sorry if my english terrible

Please run the Dell hardware diagnostics and make a note of any error messages or codes. That will help us isolate the exact point of failure. Use this link to check the steps to run hardware diagnostics: http://dell.to/Kf9wXD

Check if you can boot the system in safe mode. Steps to boot in safe mode:

1. Start the system and keep tapping the F8 key on the Dell logo screen.

2. From the Advance boot menu options, select Safe Mode.

If the system boots fine in safe mode without any issue, the problem could be with the operating system.

Please reply with the results.
