Screen flicker continuing despite latest updates
I have just purchased a XPS 15 9550, running:
- Intel HD Graphics 530 with latest driver - 20.19.15.4483
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M with latest driver - 21.21.13.7270
- BIOS - 01.02.14
- 4K screen
The screen flickers every few seconds. This is not a black out just a flicker but enough to notice and become annoying.
I have updated all the video drivers and BIOS and is still flickering.
When I attach a second monitor, the second monitor does not flicker, only the laptop.
What is the solution to this?

Complain to phone support so they sort it, this has been going on for months and as it stands they suggest rolling back to BIOS 1.1.15, by doing that you reintroduce ALL the bugs the newer BIOS versions fixed. It really is pathetic as this all started when they released a fix for the FHD panel flickering issue by removing the lowest brightness option, this killed the QHD panels in the process and they don't have the common sense to remove the update from and newer BIOS releases.
