Snowy Screen and blank screen
My xps 9560's screen is now turning to blank. If I do hard reset, the power up screen becomes snowy. I chatted with a technician and he said Dell needs to replace integrated video card however, I am currently visiting the Philippines and I need my laptop to work while I am here. Purchased the latop last August. Please help me on where I can have it fixed. I bought Premium Support along with my unit from California.

You'll need to transfer the warranty to the Philippines first -- in turn, that requires that the model be sold and supported there, plus an onsite service plan (which you may already have purchased).
