Storage slots in the XPS 15 UHD
Hi. I'm thinking about buying the XPS 15 UHD with a 1TB SSD. That should handle my internal storage capacity needs, but I am wondering if the UHD models all come with the larger battery, meaning no additional storage slots.. or if there are exceptions to this configuration I should be aware of. Thanks.

It looks like only the base model comes with the smaller battery that allows both an M.2 and a 2.5" drive.
All others come with the larger battery and are M.2 only (the battery takes the space that the 2.5" drive needs).
You likely would not be pleased with the battery runtime of the smaller battery with a UHD screen - the screen is the single largest power consumer in the system and you likely would not see more than 3-4 hours of run with the 56 WHr battery and UHD screen.
