Studio 1558 Crashing

Hey Terry,

Thanks for taking an active role on this, I'm still having the issues of the laptap freezing and the rebooting. This after the remote tech from Dell uninstalled the drivers anf then reinstalled the drivers, he also reinstalled Java and I want to say .Net as well.
