Studio 17 Media Direct Issues

Hi there. Last time I closed & re-opened my Studio 17, the Dell Media Direct button is now staying permanently lit and Media Direct keeps booting up, booting up, and booting up again. So annoying!!!!! Tried restarting, etc but nothing seems to work. Anybody else ever run into this?
