Studio XPS 1645, Crash Problems and a Question

Hi, Just bought the new XPS 1645, 4GB, 1Gb Grfx Card, 500Gb HDD. It has already frozen 5 times in two days with minimum two programs running and on top of it ctrl+alt+del didn wrk. I downloaded the latedt BIOS too. But the problem persists.

My Next question is an important one. I came to know that Dell will be replacing the 90W adapter with the new 130 W one. I am from India and would like to know if DELL will show its kindness here as well.
