Swapping Function Key Functionality
The function keys along the top of the keyboard of the XPS 13 9343 are used primarily for adjusting volume, screen brightness, multimedia, etc, and secondarily as traditional F# keys when the Fn key is depressed. Is there a Fn lock, or a quick way to swap functionality so that F# is the primary functionality and volume, brightness, multimedia, etc are secondary?

Thanks for this. Is there a method that allows me to toggle the Fn-key functionality without diving as deep as the bios? I'd prefer not to have to restart my computer every time I want to change Fn key priority.
