System doesn't load

On the system load i get message "internal hard disk drive not found... No bootable devices" press F1 to retry boot. F5 for onboard diagnostics.

I tried diagnose it doesn't show any errors. I tried to reinstall the system with recovery disks doesn't see any hard disks...

By the way few months ago dell replaced my old hard drive cause it glitched.

Is this a problem with hard drive or with a system?

Thank you

If under warranty rush to DELL

Start into BIOS setup and check if the hard disk is listed.

If not - remove it and see if it's the same in an external USB2.0 drive enclosure

If not most likely the disk controller hardware is a goner - info is most likely still on the disk.

If it does work there and not in your laptop, get a 2nd disk and test if it's detected by your laptop.

If not most likely controller hardware on your laptop is a goner.
