TB15, xps 9550 and UP2715K - 5k@60Hz?
If I buy XPS 9550 laptop, TB15 dock and UP2715K monitor how can I connect them to have 5k@60Hz?
The dock only has 1 mDP and 1DP ports and the monitor requires double DP cable.
I'm reading a lot of bad things about TB15 dock (cables disconnect, 9550 laptop fans make a lot of noise etc.). Is it even working or will I have such problems?

Laptop fan is not a big issue after the newest updates but USB and ethernet disconnects still.
Don't buy the product until they fix these fundamental problems. The displayport is working still but I am not sure about your specific situation.

Thanks for your response but did you manage to connect 5k@60Hz to that dock? How?
The monitor requires 2 DP cables and the dock has 1 DP.

Again I only have a P2715Q monitor so I cannot answer to that part of question. Came here to update that seems like the dock is working after I uninstall and re-install all drivers according to instruction.
The dock have 1 fullsize displayport and 1 mini displayport.

I see, thanks!
It's good to know that TB15 actually works.
So, my question remains to anyone who knows the answer: How to connect UP2715K monitor 5k@60Hz to XPS 9550 laptop if TB15 dock only has 1DP and 1mDP and the monitor requires 2DP?

Anyone?
www.dell.com/.../SLN301105 says 5k@60Hz is supported in TB15.
But downloads.dell.com/.../dell-up2715k-monitor_User%27s%20Guide_en-us.pdf says it isn't.

Anyone?
The documentation of the monitor only says max is 4k2k for docks: http://downloads.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_display_projector/esuprt_Display/dell-up2715k-monitor_User%27s%20Guide_en-us.pdf
