TURBO BOOST DOES NOT WORK ON LAPTOP DELL LATITUDE E7450

Thats my problem, i cannot make work the turbo boost on a laptop latitude e7450, i try to install the turbo boost application but it shows me one error saying "ITBM Driver not available. exiting aplication"
