TV Tuner for Studio 1555

Hello I am relatively new to forums and this looks like the best place to post it soooo...

I bought a Dell Studio 1555 last June and after watching all of the windows 7 progaganda I am looking for a Tv tuner that would be compatable with it. Price range is about $120. The computer itself is a relatively powerful system. My main concern is buying a TV tuner and it not being compatable.

My graphics card is Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family, would I need to upgrade it in order to have the TV Tuner work?

 

Reccomendations for the TV tuner and (possibly graphic card upgrade if needed) are very much appreciated
