Techincal Fault
I have a Studio XPS and I cannot start it
I press the on button but nothing happens
I had Dell come to try to fix it but after hree visits they could not sort out the problem
Now they have taken my machine and it is 2 weeks and still they have nto sorted it out
what can I do to either get it fixed or get a replacement?
anyone out there who can help?
