Tested power reflow and ePSA, but my laptop still does not boot up. Though its power indicator is on.

After restarting my laptop dell 1446 last night, it did not boot up successfully. I tried to connect to another power outlet and tried removing battery and pressing power for 30 second. And even i tried pressing D+ power and my LCD showed up some patterns and then the same problem. I do not know whether it is hardware issue or not?

Hi ara1984,

I would suggest that you run the diagnostics on the computer if the system is switchin ON by following the steps mentioned in the video below and check if there is any issue with the hardware on your system.

Also, I suggest you reseat a few components, like memory, hard drive, optical drive, wireless cards and see if that make a difference. In the link below punch in the system service tag or express service code and you can access the user manual for removing and reseating components.

Please let me know the findings.
