Thin colored lines on Inspiron 9300

I have a Inspiron 9300 which has been trouble free for 2 years. Recently, 3-5 thin colored (but each one a deifferent color) lines have started forming vertically randomly but always in the same location. Started w 1-2. Those have stayed on and 2-3 have added themselves to the display. It seems it will continue to add additional lines.

Any suggestions or prognosis is welcomed Thx for taking time to reply.
