Hi PHANTHANH,

What is the exact system model? Does the system work fine on W10 apart from the touchscreen?

Some systems are not compatible to work with W10 and this could be one of the issues why the touchscreen is probably not working, if your system model is not compatible with W10. Check this article to see if your model has been listed as compatible - http://dell.to/1MipFiT

Update the BIOS - http://dell.to/1n3X2po - enter the service tag and download the BIOS, update and restart the machine and check. Also, if there is a firmware patch for the LCD, update it and restart the system and check.

Write me a private conversation with the service tag and your contact details(Name and Email) for case records.

Let us know if you have any other queries.

Hi PHANTHANH,

Thank you for the update.

Could you check if the touchscreen is detected in device manager under Human Interface Devices? Check if the device is disabled? When was the touchscreen working fine last?

If touchscreen is not detected in device manager, if you have any experience in opening the system, then you could download the service manual - http://dell.to/28YNfyP- and try reseating the touchpanel / camera cable - see page 46.

Restart the system and press f12 key on startup - choose diagnostics. Let it run the diags and if you encounter any errors - make a note of the complete error and report the same to us.

If it still does not work, as there is no warranty on the system, you could contact our team to get a quote for a paid service call - http://dell.to/1vnT6CQ
