TouchPad Not Working in Dell Inspiron 15R 5521 LapTop - Windows 8

Hi,

TouchPad Not Working in Dell Inspiron 15R 5521 LapTop - Windows 8.

Today I got inspiron 15R -  5521 laptop, in that touch pad is not at all working..

I tried multiple options provided in dell communities, but nothing helped...

please help ASAP.
