Touchpad

Hi

I've had an Inspiron 1525 since November. In January the track pad started to misbehave. Cursor is sluggish to respond to movements on the trackpad and sometimes it jumps or stutters. Nothing obvious has been done to the laptop software wise. I have checked BIOS settings and windows control panel settings - no obvious issues. Reinstalled driver which didnt work.

Additionally using an external mouse works fine.

Help and thanks.

Does anyone have a fix for this.
