Trying to restore files from Dell Datasafe to another computer after laptop stolen

I had my laptop stolen a couple of days ago (along with pretty much everything else I own) and I am trying to restore my data from Dell Datasafe Online. Unfortunately when I log in to my account, it says "Backup in progress" with an animated progress bar and doesn't display the "File Actions" menu bar that I need to download the files to another computer.

There is a "cancel" button but clicking this doesn't do anything. So all my data is sitting on Datasafe but I can't access it.

Can anyone suggest anything I can do to resolve this? I have tried multiple browsers and computers so it seems to be a bug with the Dell website. I think I need to contact someone at Dell but I don't know who. Technical support keeps asking for my Service Code which I don't have (because they stole the laptop and the box containing all the documents).
