Two Latitude E5540's not connecting to the network.

We have two Latitude E5540's that aren't connecting to our LAN.  The wifi cards are working fine but for some reason both do not connect.  Is anyone else having a similar issue?  The Intel (R) Ethernet Connection I218-LM in Device Manager are listed and seem to be working but whenever we plug a cable we cannot get them connected.

I've also got 3 Latitude 3340's that connect via LAN but don't connect via wifi but the drivers in device manager say they are working.
