USB 3.0 doesn't work as it should work

I've just bought Dell Inspirion 15 3521, installed all drivers from your site(including those for USB) but when i put my USB 3.0 memory in super speed slot and it's transferring data very slow-as 2.0 usb (5-10MB/s) That USB 3.0(data traveler 100 G3) >> http://www.kingston.com/us/usb/personal_business#dt100g3 What to do in order to increase transfer speed?
