Hi dellinspiron15r,

Please check the device manager if the Bluetooth driver are installed. The steps are:

  • Press ‘Windows’ key + R on ‘Desktop’ screen
  • Type ‘devmgmt.msc’ in run box and press ‘Enter’
  • Click > sign next to ‘Network adapters’ to check if the Bluetooth is listed.

Also, please share the exact system model and the operating system.

Keep me posted with the information. I will be glad to assist you further.

Hi dellinspiron15r,

Thank you for providing the information.

The Bluetooth drivers are installed; however there could be some issues with the driver and needs to be reinstalled.

As this system model is offered with an option of Wifi-Bluetooth Combo card, I am unable to verify the card installed on the system.

Please provide the Hardware ID or the Device ID for the wireless card. The steps are:

  • Right click the wireless card entry under ‘Network Controller’ in Device Manager.
  • Click ‘Properties’.
  • Click ‘Details’.
  • Search for ‘Device Instance ID’.
  • Provide the numbers after VEN and DEV.

Keep me posted with the information. I will be glad to assist you further.
