Unable to start Webcam on my dell inspiron 5420

I am Unable to start Webcam on my dell inspiron 5420.

Anybody can help me.

I already checked that still m not able to start webcam.

Thank you for your reply.

Let us know what is the exact issue you are facing. Are you getting any error message, do you see a black or blank screen? Messages and errors such as 'No supported webcam connected', 'Please plug in a supported device' and 'Close the other video streaming application to start video' can be resolved by uninstalling, reinstalling or updating the webcam driver.

The process for uninstalling and reinstalling the webcam driver depends on which Operating System is installed on your computer. Click on the link below and go to Serial No. 3 under Table of Contents for steps for uninstalling the re-installing the Dell Webcam software.
