Using the ViDock on the Inspiron N7110?
Is there any way I can use the Vidock or any other external video card on my N7110?
I actually really love my laptop and don't want to commit to buying/building a new gaming computer and the idea of an external video card is rather enticing.
If someone could let me know if this is possible, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Since your system doesn't have an external ExpressCard socket, no - there is no way to use one.
Even on systems where you can use them, these external boxes turn your notebook into a desktop system - they can't be used with the internal notebook screen - you need an external monitor. And the cost of the box alone is $250 - for which you can build the basis for a much faster, true desktop computer.
