What CPU do you have -- i.e., i3-4010U, i5-4200U?

Hello,
I have i7-4600U
as attached, it doesn't see the vt-X in the instructions

i'm not able to understand how to enable the vt-X :(

That CPU does support VT-x. Windows 10 may be the issue -- see here:
(also note that if you need Hyper V support, it's ONLY available in 10 Pro or 10 Enterprise - not in the standard version of Windows 10).
