Very very slow Start-up

Sorry if I'm re-posting this Issue because I'm sure this issues has been posted before also but I'm not able to find the solutions now.

Above is my system information.

Below is the process which I have allowed to start at the start-up

Except chrome.exe all other processes are starting at start-up.

I have uninstalled Dell Local backup from laptop.

I have Dell Stage, Dell Stage remote, Dell Support center still in my laptop.

I have unistalled McAfee and installed Microsoft security essentials.

My laptop takes hell lot of Time to start up. I dont use sleep mode or hibernet so every time i shut down my laptop and it takes hell lot of time to start up.

Welcome screen takes a lot of time.

I've installed 3ds max software as I'm a 3d artist.

Please let me know the solutions to make Start up fast.
