Video stutters and audio buzzes.
I have a DELL Inspiron and just today I noticed that while playing video from Youtube or other online video sites like Bliptv, the video will randomly stutter and emit a loud buzzing sound. There's no rhyme or reason to it, and my computer doesn't appear to be overheating at all.
Can anyone help with a possible solution to this problem?

Yes i just started having the same problem with my pc. Buzzing sound and a slight stall while playing games or a video.

I've got an Inspiron 11 3000 Series. I've been having the same problem others are describing. Stuttering & a buzzing noise. The buzzing noise has gotten worse since this started.

Uninstall and re-install and it will work! I did it, now there's no stuttering and noise.

I uninstalled...didn't help. Reinstalling didn't help either!

@mzmapp - did you uninstall both SupportAssist and SupportAssistAgent? I also sent you an IM asking if you wanted the hotfix to prevent the audio/video stutter but I haven't heard back from you

Hi I am having the issue with audio and simultaneous hesitation. mouse/PC freezes for microsecond as buzzing occurs via audio. Extremely annoying as it happens every 20-30 seconds. My support Assistant shows that it was installed on 02/10/2015 and support assistant agent on 02/11/2015, but the issue continued, so I uninstalled both and it appears to have fixed once Agent removed. Thank you! I was worried my hard drive was failing. what a relief!
