Vostro 3400 Bluetooth 365 not working

In my Laptop Vostro 3400 the Bluetooth 365 suddendly stooped working. the ikon shows in the quick launch but when search device selected it run without selecting adevice. When laptop is started, message from Ikon shows " blue tooth device not identified". All this happened after istalling windows virtual XP. Need help to solve this problem.
