Vostro 3550 compatibility with HoverCam T3 Office Camera.
Out of the box, the new Vostro 3550 will not work with the HoverCam T3 Office Camera. It seems that there is a problem with one of the Intel Centrino bluetooth drivers causing the application to crash. Doing a fresh install, then adding the drivers one by one is working at the moment. Right now I show a generic bluetooth adapter instead of the Intel Centrino adapter. I am also having trouble updating the SM bus driver. The laptop is running Windows 7 SP1 64 bit software.

I had run the Dell supplied chipset, but it didn't help. When I ran the Intel chipset update utility, it installed correctly.

SM bus driver means you did not install the CHIPSET software.
