WIFI BROKEN ON DELL PC????!!!!!!!!!

I have a Dell Inspiron M731R - 5735. I downloaded Windows 8.1 (in the corner it says "Windows 8.1 Pro Build 9600) the other day & my internet has been broken ever since. When I go on my device manager, under Network Adapters is 3 devices (2 Bluetooths & 1 Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller) but under other devices I see 4 devices with yellow triangles! I have tried to download drivers for these devices but it doesn't work! The Ethernet doesn't even work! HELP PLEASE.

Hi italyisbtali,

Thanks for posting.

First thing would be to determine which wifi card you have in your computer, either by visual inspection, Belarc Advisor, or by putting your service tag in the Driver support tool .  Once that's determined, you can look up the driver for your wifi card, install it and it should work again.

Please post back and the experts here will be happy to assist.  Thanks.

Regards,
Robert
