WIFI Speed Problems with XPS 14 L421X

Wireless Speed is AWFUL! Windows is reporting full bars, but intermittent connections.

Out of warranty I have replaced the wireless card twice now only for temporary fixes, tried new antennas and display, no difference.

updated to the latest drivers/bios no virus's or malware to be found. Freshly re-imaged.
