WIFI and Broadband on e4300

i have a new e4300 and requested that i have both broadband and wifi internal. i was informed that i could have only one of those internal. My previous Dell (4 yrs old) had the capabilty to have both internal wifi and internal broadband and i could switch between them based on connection availability.

Can the e4300 support both internal 3G broadband  and wifi? I don't need them to run simultaneously but i would like to switch back and forth based on access and availablity.
