No, it's not a valid serial number. 

If you think it is take a photo of the battery with all the numbers un-obscured and attach it here and I can check the details for you

Came across this nifty little utility shipped with windows.

powercfg /batteryreport

You need to run from a cmd window as administrator, and copy the resultant html file out of the windows directory to view it.

It will tell you lots of interesting stuff about your battery like...
