Webcam Trouble

Hello, 

I have a Dell Inspiron laptop, and I just got it back from Dell a week ago after it had some hard drive issues. I tried to use the webcam, but i couldn't find the icon. I searched webcam in the search bar, and there were no results. What should I do?
