Webcam issue
I have a Dell Inspiron 15R 3521. It indicates that there is a web camera module Y3PX8 installed, but I cannot find how to operate it, it is not listed under programs or devices, yet after a dell hardware scan, the module is listed? What and how do I get the webcam to work?

Download and install Dell Webcam Central Version 1.40.05 and you can use this to work the webcam. This is not needed to use Skype.
Windows 8, see the video below to give the webcam permission.
