What will happen when i replace my dell 40WAh battery with 60WAh battery for Inspiron 3521?
Hi there,
I'm having dell inspiron 3521 laptop. My battery is 4 cell (40WAh) and recently it was permanently failed. So, i decided to replace it with new one. The question is if i replace my 4 cell battery with 6 cell battery, will it leads to any problems? Can some one please help me to resolve this.

As long as the battery is otherwise compatible -- and you realize it will increase the weight AND the size of the notebook (while the 4-cell likely fits entirely inside the system, the 6-cell will protrude from the back of the system), you will be fine. There's also a big reason (safety among them) why OEM batteries cost more than third-party knockoff units, if that's a consideration.
