She has it away at college and can't seem to find it on the back. Secondly, why can't someone at Dell look this up for me? I have the service tag, the order number, the express service number, my customer number, the invoice number. I've called several times. On the last call, I was told the customer service center systems were going through maintenance. At 11 AM central time? I though Dell was based in Austin TX? I bet the sales channel systems aren't down. I need to call back and go through voice prompt again.
