WiFi Driver with "Hosted Network Support"

We're trying to setup a laptop (Precision 5520) as a demo unit, and would like to have it be the AP. This is possible, provided the driver supports it.

So:

1) Any chance of getting a Qualcomm QCA61x4A driver that supports Hosted Network (from Dell)?

or

2) Anyone aware of a USB WiFi Adapter that supports "Hosted Network" on Windows 10/Server 2016?
