Win10 Video Driver issues Dell XPS13 (2015)

Hello,

I am experiencing a weird problem on XPS 13 9345 (early 2015) after update to Windows 10 (drivers installed through Windows Update): when I disconnect an external monitor the screen starts flickering and the only solution is reboot the computer.

This is the video drivers version I am using: 10.18.15.4256

Any suggestion ?

Hi,

adding information for other users with this issue: the problem is related to the Intel Video driver, and is also reported here: https://communities.intel.com/message/325824#325824

Hopefully soon a new driver version will be released.

Hello,

Intel is lacking any support, asking me to fallback on Dell.

This is a business laptop (I own the i7 verison, thus I would say also an expensive business laptop) and I upgraded to Win10 because Dell states this product is fully compatible and tested; thus this bug is unacceptable.

Can someone from Dell please provide some help/workaround/something that makes this laptop useful again ?

Have you also upgraded your BIOS to the latest version?

Yes I did so.

I also installed latest Intel Drivers, but I still have issues :/

Intel states it is not their problem...
