Windows 7 RE-Installtion Query

Dear Community,

I have to replace my 2year old Dell N7110 Hard drive due to Error Code 2000-01 42

So now that I have purchased a new HardDrive...Where do I get Windows 7 DVD/CD to re-install??

I went to http://www.dell.com/support/troubleshooting/us/en/19/KCS/KcsArticles/ArticleView?docid=DSN_362048 .....BUT....this tells me to Back up and create CD before my hard drive crashes!!.... I can not preform this function AFTER the hard drive crashes

Any suggestions? Or can Dell send me a Windows 7 installation CD for my N7110??

Hi Prateek,

When I click on the link you sent me and I click on "Request Backup Dics" it comes back with a page error ...see attached image of DELL Server error

I apologize for that. I have tried in my system and it seems to be working fine, try to open the link in a different browser and check.
