Windows 7 changes to Windows HP 2003 with Dell N5010!

Dear all!

I am using Dell Inspiron N5010. Core-i5, Operating System 32-Bit, Ram 4GB, Hard Disk 640GB. I have just started using Laptop because it's easier to bring it with me. Now I am in difficulty and wonder. Let me ask you a question as described.

I saw the Product Label on my Laptop saying that my Dell Inspiron N5010 is running well with Windows 7, so I am using it with Windows 7. What's matter if I change it to Windows HP 2003? Can I run it well with Windows HP 2003 as I used to with Dell Destop Optiplex 330? I am not accustomed to Windows 7. It is really new to me.

Please help to explain to details and I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks a lot and best wishes!

My Best Regards,

LUCK

Doing so will mean significant work and likely only partial operation - you just won't find the drivers you need to support all the hardware in the system for Windows XP.

If you must run XP and are running 7 Pro or Ultimate, consider using XP mode.  You can download and install that from Microsoft.
